i've of late had an urge to start gaming again. I think it's the desire for quiet
social interaction, as well as the way gaming kickstarts my writer bug.
I have no idea what sort of campaign I'd like to do/join. The only system I know is WW,
cause I haven't played D&D since 1984. And while I was gaming in the mid90s, I was
eschewing rules, freeforming it, and mostly gaming online. The last guy I actually gamed tabletop
with committed suicide, and that kind of put me off to tabletopping. The last guy I freeformed
with drove a wedge between me and the person I was involved with at the time (granted, I let
him), so that put me off to that kind of gaming.
I tried doing online gaming briefly in 99, but I had totally lost interest in it.
I'm not sure why I'm interested in it again now, actually. I have too many hobbies as
it is. And I have trouble synching into an existing group.
Okay, maybe it's just an urge I should ignore.
